ASB Valiant is providing Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) Services for the development of an 82.65MW Independent Power Plant in Sedigui, Republic of Chad. This project, awarded in March 2022 by SEDIGUI Energy Company SARL, a HBK Chad Company, is designed to deliver a stable, efficient, and scalable power solution to support industrial and commercial energy demands in Chad.
The power plant consists of five (5) Solar Turbines Titan 130 Dual Fuel Industrial Gas Turbine Generating Sets, each with a 16.53MW capacity, providing a total 82.65MW output (ISO conditions). The dual-fuel capability enables operation on both natural gas and diesel, ensuring fuel flexibility and energy security.
The 82.65MW Sedigui Power Plant is set to play a critical role in Chad’s energy sector, enhancing electricity supply, reducing dependence on imported fuels, and supporting economic growth.
